Our in season menu is created by our Executive Chef, Liana Claire Aghajanian. All ingredients are selected with the intention to create exceptional dishes to complement our sommelier selected wines.

Our menu includes shareable plates, pizzas, charcuterie, hand made pastas, and main dishes sourced from local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

Please note that our menu is ever-changing and the menu listed below is a sample menu; items are updated by our Executive Chef on a daily basis.

Our wine list features 80 sommelier-selected wines by the glass from around the world in addition to a bottle selection of 600 bottles. We were awarded Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence in 2022/2023 and also voted "Best Wine List" in Grand County in 2021/2022.
